Do you like a solid all-round bull that will give you great daughters from your cows? Then you should consider using VR Ung in your herd.
VR Ung gives a great production (120) and high percentages in the milk (fat % 131 and protein % 122) together with good persistence. This bull combines good health, fertility, calving traits, and survival traits. On top of that, he gives super feet and legs together with well-attached udders.
The dam of VR Ung has started its second lactation and just like her son, she has fine genetics for percentages in the milk with 3.88 % in protein and 4.94 % in fat in her first lactation. She is classified 86-83-83-84.
The dam was flushed as a heifer on a VikingGenetics flush contract, but the results were not strong with regards to embryos. However, when the only calf from the flush have one of the highest NTM in the whole VikingRed population, we consider the flush a big success.

VR Fidello combines superior udder health with great fertility, general health and youngstock survival. He breeds good feet and legs and well-placed udders. As a bonus, he also ranks well in the new trait saved feed.
VR Fidello's dam Noblesse is one of the best VR Tokyo daughters in VikingRed. She has been flushed as a heifer and gave 14 embryos. It resulted in VR Fidello and one half-sister with a Viking flush contract.
The dam has started out in her second lactation and in average over 1.62 years, she has given 1,016 kg of fat and protein and 12,561 kg of milk.

VR Hosea

If you are aiming for bigger cows and a higher production with a good persistence? Then you need to take a closer look at VR Hosea.
VR Hosea gives great production (119) and with good persistency (115), the production stays for the whole lactation. His daughters have a large frame (117) together with wholesome udders and reliable milking speed.
VR Hosea is from a normal insemination of a good heifer. The mother has just calved for the second lactation and for the farmer, she is a good cow that you do not notice in the barn.
During the first year, she gave over 1,000 kg of fat and protein with a classification for udder at 83 and in total 85. The grandmother has milked for just over four years with an average of 1,032 kg of fat and protein with an impressive fat of 5.31 % and a protein of 4.16 %.
